Human Resources

Our Business is Based on
Human Resources

We strive to create an environment where employees can continue to work with peace of mind in order to help them provide high-value-added services with their advanced experience and skills. We promote system design to enable employees to achieve their own career plans, and encourage promotion to regular employees. Under the circumstances of Japan's workforce declining, we are also focusing on creating an environment where overseas human resources can play an active role.

Currently, he is also in charge of education for new Vietnamese employees.
He aims to obtain various qualifications in the future.

I majored in electrical engineering at a university in Vietnam. Being interested in Japanese culture and the way Japanese people work, I came to Japan to study Japanese in the hope of working for a Japanese company. After joining the company, I was initially involved in machine maintenance. Currently, I educate new Vietnamese employees while involved in the maintenance of etching equipment. In the future, I would like to obtain qualifications in terms of, for example, maintenance machinery and electrical maintenance.

Education

Build a Career Through Continuous Learning

WILLTEC focuses its efforts on employee training and education. In today's world where new products and new technologies are appearing at a dizzying pace, the shortage of engineers is a major issue. In addition, to help our employees advance their careers, we are working to establish a favorable environment for human resources development by utilizing web-based training and creating original educational content.
