Career Counseling by Professionals

In 2016, we launched a career consulting system to provide career counseling to employees. WILLTEC has a specialized department staffed by nationally certified career consultants, enabling employees to consult about their career paths, such as what direction they should take in the future and what is the right fit for them. We believe that career consultations need to be given by professionals because these consultations are important for employees to work energetically.

Job Posting System to Support Employees in Taking on Challenges

We have introduced a job posting system as one of the systems to support employees' career advancement by expanding the scope of their work. WILLTEC offers a wide variety of job types, including technical positions such as design, development, and robot promotion; manufacturing positions such as assembly, machine operation, and inspection; manufacturing management positions such as process, shift, and production status management; and general positions such as sales and quality assurance, to name just a few. When recruiting human resources for new jobs, we first recruit applicants within the company and provide opportunities for job changes, including transfers to other group companies. In response to the wishes of our employees to do a job that they like and in which they can demonstrate their abilities, we have created an environment in which they can take on new challenges within the company.
WILLTEC introduced a job posting system in 2008, and a cumulative total of 41 employees have been transferred to the department of their choice. (As of October 2022)

Various Training Programs and Educational Support to Enhance Technical Prowess and Resourcefulness

We have training centers in Tokyo and Osaka to provide training curriculum for technical skills such as equipment technology and machine design technology. Instructors are experts in various fields, including engineers who were involved in design and development at major manufacturers and field engineers who are familiar with various types of equipment, providing training based on practical experience that cannot be learned from textbooks or materials alone.
In the sales and back-office divisions, we provide not only basic training but also extensive training by job level and issue. We provide opportunities to deepen understanding of one's own responsibilities and to acquire necessary skills.
We have also introduced an e-learning system that allows employees to take courses according to their own schedules, thereby expanding learning opportunities for employees.
