Encouragement to Take Annual Paid Leave

We encourage employees to take annual paid leave so that they can refresh themselves both physically and mentally and work in good health.
We have achieved a high paid leave utilization rate by working to ensure that all employees take paid leave fairly, for example, by taking summer and winter vacation in turns.

To enable employees to continue working regardless of life events such as childbirth, child rearing, and nursing care, we have established various systems including maternity leave before and after childbirth, childcare leave, nursing care leave, and shortened working hour systems. We strive to create an environment that is accessible to both men and women.

Support for Employees' Mental and Physical Health

Online Health Consultation Service by Doctors

We have introduced a system that allows employees to easily consult with a doctor about their own and their family members' physical condition and health concerns via video call and chat, helping employees alleviate their health concerns and worries.

Stress Checks for All Employees

The Industrial Safety and Health Act requires business establishments employing 50 or more workers to conduct stress checks. WILLTEC conducts annual Stress Checks for All Employees, even at establishments with less than 50 workers, to prevent mental health problems among employees.
