The WILLTEC Group supports corporate clients' manufacturing activities through its human resource support business, which is centered on contract manufacturing at its clients' factories, engineer staffing, and contract manufacturing at its own factory.

Manufacturing Support Business

We provide three types of services: contract manufacturing & manufacturing engineer staffing service, IT, mechanical and electrical engineer staffing service, and repair service. We provide services mainly in industries related to electronic components and devices, electrical machinery, and information and telecommunications, where demand is growing along with the development of artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) and the digital transformation in companies and schools.

We provide manufacturing, processing, inspection, and other services to manufacturers using our production technology, quality control, and labor management capabilities, and deliver the required deliverables.

We dispatch our employees, mainly to manufacturers, to perform manufacturing, processing, and inspection.
Engineer Staffing Business

We dispatch engineers with design-related skills to manufacturers of industrial machinery/equipment and consumer products to develop and design machinery, electrical/electronic equipment, software, etc. We have established training centers in Tokyo and Osaka to provide basic training for inexperienced engineers and advanced training for experienced engineers.

Repair Service Business

WILLTEC provides onsite repair services for power supply equipment and electrical equipment, and operates call centers on behalf of corporate clients. We are also focusing on the renewable energy field, where demand has been increasing in recent years.

Construction Support Business

WAT CONSULTING dispatches construction engineers to projects for building facilities, including condominiums, office buildings, commercial facilities, public facilities, medical and welfare facilities, and industrial facilities. Our education and training system ranks top in the industry for fulfilling client requirements, highly regarded by many companies.

Human Resource Service Business

We dispatch excellent engineers to support the fields of construction, building equipment, civil engineering, and plant engineering, helping clients carry out their work. We also provide temp-to-perm staffing and employment referral services to allow clients to reduce employment risks.

Education and Training Business

We provide technical training and CAD training for young engineers at our training centers on behalf of railroad companies, general contractors, equipment subcontractors, and other construction-related companies.

Construction Business

We provide design, construction, and contract services for electrical equipment work in construction. We also actively develop electrical equipment engineers through on-the-job training.

IT Support Business

To meet ever-changing IT needs, we develop human resources with high expertise able to meet the required needs. Our system engineers provide technology for our client's project as a team member or as a team. Regardless of industry sector, platform, or language, we provide seamless support, including the design, development, operation, and maintenance of IT systems. We have a long-term track record of working with numerous listed companies in the finance, securities, medical, telecommunications, and service industries.

ERP-related

We provide technical human resources specializing in the construction, maintenance, and operation of ERP software, such as SAP and mcframe, depending on the customer's business growth phase.

The Group provides business support mainly for manufacturers and construction companies by dispatching highly skilled and ready-to-work human resources and providing contract services. Along with stable growth, we contribute to the competitiveness of Japanese manufacturing and the quality of life.

Please tell us about the growth process of the WILLTEC Group.
The WILLTEC Group launched its business in 1992 as a contract manufacturer, and expanded its business domain and sales scale year by year to include the temporary manufacturing engineer staffing business in 2004. In 2020, the company was listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (now the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market), and has been continually setting new sales records.

and sales have been steadily increasing.

Diversification of Human Resources

Training and Support for Overseas Human Resources

Amid a growing shortage of manufacturing workers and engineers in Japan, WILLTEC has been developing and utilizing overseas human resources since 2004. Our subsidiaries in Vietnam and Myanmar provide Japanese language education for local engineers and consulting services for employment with Japanese companies in Japan and local Japanese companies. In cooperation with local technical universities, we train human resources who can be immediately effective at worksites in Japan.
In December 2020, we were selected as the winner of the Comprehensive Category Excellence Award in the "First Global one team Award 2020" held to select a role model representative of Japan for employment of foreign nationals, in recognition of our efforts to ensure that overseas engineers can work with confidence by providing follow-up services before and after their arrival in Japan.

Utilization of Experienced Workers and Education of Young Workers

In the construction and building field, experienced employees in various fields who were involved in design and development at major manufacturers and subcontractors serve as instructors and provide training for inexperienced and young employees. We have produced many employees who are ready to work immediately at their assigned worksites.
In 2011, WAT CONSULTING, a Construction Support Business, launched the Young Engineer Training Project to train inexperienced employees. WAT CONSULTING has sent many engineers to the construction industry through its original best-in-class training program, "WAT CONSULTING School of Engineering."
